Good Points

The staff were helpful and friendly. The cabin was clean and well maintained


Bad Points

The captain failed to tell us that the Volcano had stopped erupting therefore we sat on the balcony for ages looking for the promised lava flow outlined in the itinerary. The cabin steward told us which side of the ship the island was on but failed to mention that you could no longer see it.


General Comments

Overall we had a very good experience on the ship. The latitudes check in went smoothly and our luggage was delivered promptly to our cabin. Our balcony cabin was clean on our arrival and and throughout the trip. The staff were friendly and helpful doing everything they could to make sure that we were happy. We took the ship tours at most ports and with the exception of one found them to be interesting and well worth the money. The smooth disembarkation with our luggage taken straight to the airport and checked in for us, while we had a tour of the island was also welcome.
