I joined faceparty in 2002 and have been a paying memeber since then, I logged on saturday 13th sept and went to the shop came back and my profile had been deleted. Which I had paid for the cool tools and AVS I tried to ring and had no luck. I finally found out the password on the sunday so I made a new one and bought cool tools again and on tuesday my account was deleted again. I do not feel this is right, I have paid for the service and they have deleted my profile, so how I do get my money back if I cant even log on.
So on tuesday I rang again and finally got through to them I spoke to a bloke he said there was no proof of my account being active so I played him at his own game and gave him the reference I had for my cooltools payment he said I would be payed back, I'm still waiting.
So now they give me no choice as I am going to trading standards and do not recommend faceparty.com.
