General Comments

We had a terrible experience with a reservation booked with World-Airport-Transfer.com for Hong Kong. After arriving in Hong Kong after a 16-hour flight from the U.S., my wife and 1-year old daughter found no one waiting for them. This despite the pledge on the company's web site that an English-speaking agent would be there in a company uniform, with the customer's name on a placard at the assigned meeting point. After my wife notified me that they were stranded, I called the telephone number provided in our reservation e-mail. All I got was an "Our office is now closed" message. At the end, they provided an "emergency number." I called the emergency number and got another voice message. Excuse me, if there isn't a person answering it, then it's not an emergency number. And how can you not staff your office when you know you have customers arriving? This is a transportation company. They ought to have 24-hour customer service.
Regardless, I left a message. No one responded, no one got in touch with my wife, and to this date -- two weeks later -- no one from the company has called to apologize for ruining my wife's trip. Fortunately, a good Samaritan came by, and noticed my exhausted wife struggling with luggage and a toddler. He was able to get in touch with the shuttle service and arrange for them to get picked up, almost three hours after their plane had landed.
I'm so upset because I made the decision to book with this company based on the information and reassurances they provided on their web site, of good customer service, and an English-speaking agent at the airport to greet their passengers. I even called before making the reservation to explain that I needed to make sure that they understood that my wife is pregnant, and would be travelling alone with our one-year old daughter, and would likely be very tired after a 16-hour flight. People like this should be ashamed of themselves for letting us down.

    I found this review helpful because...I am looking for airport transfer in Copenhagen for a group of 16 and would not want something like this happen to us. Mmm, there are 3 negative reviews out of 6 about this company's service. I don't know if I should take a chance or not.
