Good Points

The only good thing is that they were always there to answer the phone--that is--when I was about to rent the car. After renting a car and having a problem, customer service was not as available nor as helpful.


Bad Points

I paid the total amount when I made the reservation, therefore, I was charged for service not yet rendered. If you are going to Europe that means that due to the fluctuations in exchange rates, you could pay a much higher rate at the time you make the reservation.


General Comments

I rented a car from Auto Europe for a trip to Europe. They charged me the total amount when I made the reservation, although it was a month prior to my trip. Upon returning from Europe the car rental company in Europe sent me an invoice informing me that they had charged my credit card. Therefore, I was billed twice! First time from Auto Europe and the second time directly from the European Rental company. I do not recommend renting a car from these individuals! They still have not refunded my money because they say that the compay in Europe is slow. And, now I need to pay both bills on my credit card. Yes! what a great deal!
