Poor quality control and elivery partners in my experience.


General Comments

Ordered 60 prints in June - they printed gloss instead of the Matt we asked for. They did put it right, but a really stupid mistake...

Ordered photos for father-in-law's birthday (tomorrow), which were allegedly dispatch a week ago. These still haven't arrived (despite receiving several other 1st class parcels from other suppliers in the interim).

Reordered the photos on"guaranteed next business day" courier delivery yesterday. These haven't turned up either.

Judge for yourself, I do not recommend photobox.co.uk....
