Good Points

It's silver and matched the kitchen colour scheme


Bad Points

How much space is there? The first two machines lasted less than two weeks. Now on the third machine it has finally died just after its one year anniversary.


General Comments

My Servis M6002 worked out to be definitely a false economy. Not only did it just stop working one day. Even when it was washing clothes it was noisy when spinning and did not wash the clothes clean. Unfortunately getting through to Servis for "service" was very difficult. Five weeks later and numerous calls to a premium rate number, being left on hold for a minimum of 40 minutes, only to get through and be told that the computers are down. If offered a Servis product, even for free I'd run a mile.
