Good Points

It's brilliant at making teas, coffee, hot chocolate and fruit teas etc. I've tried the whole range and it's just as if you've walked into a coffee shop which is great because it's also cheaper and more convenient.


Bad Points

I bought the second version by Braun, about a year ago and it was great but really loud which wasn't good because my partner works late at nights and I was using it when I came home from work. It would wake him up sometimes, it was that loud. When the new Bosch version came out, I was so glad because it was smaller and quieter. However, after having the machine for only 6 weeks, it's 'blown' up and will not make any more drinks. It still heats up the water and makes the noise but the water isn't coming out through the spout. Instead it's decided to come out of the bottom of the machine where the electrics are! Not happy!


General Comments

To be honest, the Braun models that were brought out seem to be more reliable, sturdy and just better at getting the job done than the Bosch Tassimo TAS4011GB I have now. In my experience, the new Bosch model isn't all it's cracked up to be. Considering Bosch delayed bringing it out to make sure it was perfected, they didn't do such a great job after all. Others may have had a different experience, but for now? I'm going back to the Braun model!
