General Comments

Miley Cyrus' Breakout shows some growth between this and her previous cd "meet Miley Cyrus". The lyrics are generic and kinda boring in most songs, however they match the music nicely and are great to sing a long to. There are some boring songs on the cd, but that can be said about anything. I would say to DL songs from the cd rather than buy the entire thing, but if you intend on buying the entire thing, wait for the special edition that has been announced, it will have bonus tracks and such which I'm assuming will be better than most of the material on the basic album (as the case with most re-releases). And the remix of See You Again was just unfortunate...
