Good Points

Cheapest insurance by a long way!

Long time on hold.


General Comments

Having recently moved house I decided to switch my home contents insurance and chose CIS as they were by far the cheapest, over £100 cheaper than Churchill or Direct Line who were the second cheapest. Thankfully not had to claim yet but when I have rung customer services I was on hold for a long time but did get through to a UK-based call centre who dealt with my query reasonably quickly and politely.
