Ease of use, picture quality, indoor excellent, ideal for sport shots or general scenery, also able to record short video clips depending on size of memory card, battery life can be a drain..So I recommend rechargeable Uniross 2700 mah hence the 10 rating.. without rechargeables power rating would be 5.

Cannot change lens , only add to.. ie wide angle , fish eye adapter type etc

The Fuji FinePix S5600 would be ideal for the first time camera buyer , not to complicated for novice or beginner ..easy to follow manual ...very nice camera at the budget end of the spectrum with excellent image quality on par with several top of the range models.
