General Comments
If I didn't like what I was getting I would move. The times I have phoned I always get great service even when I left my debit card in a machine in Athens, Greece and walked away. Most of my banking I do on the net. HSBC is very easy to use. Whenever I go into my local branch, the staff are happy, helpfull and courteous... keep up the good work.
