The website is easy to navigate.
It is very easy to pay bills or transfer money between accounts.
There is always someone in Britain on the end of the phone for extra help.
Bad Points
Charge for using a current account.
General Comments
I have been with this bank for a number of years now and they have always been helpful and understanding with any problems that I have had. The website is a great day-to-day tool to make sure everything is as expected.
If things do go wrong you can always pick up the phone and somebody in GB is there, willing to help (and usually very able). The service is always friendly and they are always willing to explain anything you might be unsure about.
The main drawback is the fact that they charge for their current account. They do include extra services with the account but I have never used them.
