Good Points

plain and simple, i could field hunt it all day and not care if i was too purdy to get banged up or get scratched. lot's of power and dead accurate with open sights. point and shoot. no auto saftey hassle.

Bad Points

the trigger stinks, creepy, creeky, and course. the gun has a noticeable droop and will not hit anything with a scope. cost too much for a dull looking thing. the scope stinks, give it to the little kids to play pirates or something. the scope stop looks like a big'ole wart on the guns back. take it off and shoot at it, makes a good spinner.

General Comments

this Gamo 220 Hunter Combo is not great to look at nor hang on the wall but it's fun to shoot once you've taken apart and clean al the grease out and relube properly. i have mine tuned with a more powerful spring, custom guide, trigger insert, piston seal, and the port polishing works done to it. still can't shoot it with a scope but with open sights compared to my rws model 34, which is also tuned. i still choose this to shoot hunt with over the rws 34 because it's lighter and shorter. they are about equal with each others different +'s and -'s.
