I have recently been abroad and was given the wrong info by customer service at o2 and subsequently came home to a £160 bill. I rang o2 and without much effort they took £120 off the bill. I appreciated that but I do feel that o2 expect custom and so company's like T mobile offer much better deals and work harder for your contract, the only downside being T mobiles lack of coverage, otherwise I would choose them over o2 anyday!
