If problem with order you wont be able to get in touch with customer service-live help unavailable (no agents), email slow (error on the page).


General Comments

Ordered baby monitor Safety 1st for 150 pounds. Delivered on time but obvious that it was customer return to start with (scratched, packaging incomplete) plus faulty. Tried to contact them the same day. No luck. The following day 2 hours wait then being disconected when I asked for my money back and unable to reconect again. Had to involved Paypal as getting nowhere. Customer service could improve.
