General Comments

I recently bought a freeview box in preparation for the digital switchover and found that the reception through my TV aerial was very poor. I did a bit of research and decided to fit a new aerial myself. I found and purchased one on www.aerialshack.com. I recieved a phone call about an hour later from a guy at Aerial Shack, i was told that the aerial i had ordered wasn't suitable for my postcode and a cheaper alternative was recommended. It arrived the next day and my signal is now perfect. I felt i should take a moment to praise this company as it's rare to find someone who will actually suggest a cheaper product in order to give a better service.
