General Comments
With Tesco Diet I experienced a huge amount of setup information and instructions. Menus on convenience plan appeared complicated to me. Totals plan (where you enter your own food) does not print off a shopping list so you have to pull together all the ingredients from the recipes. No link to online shopping so you have to print out and then enter. Asked to cancel when realised and was told I had to pay cancellation fee. I explained that I could not follow it and asked them to reconsider or refer to higher authority. I asked for complaints procedure and received a seemingly abrupt reply and no direction to complaints or a manager. I was directed to the online Community who seemed to be confused too!

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with Tesco Diets and the Totals plan, I was following this plan for a couple of weeks and the reason there is no shopping list is because it's a non prescriptive plan, you put in the foods that you eat so the team aren't going to know what this is therefore a shopping list cannot be created. I asked customer service about it and that's what I was told so it's understandable in that sense.
I thought the Gi plan was quite a useful plan and ended up losing a stone following the plan it has plenty of functionality and the staff we around to help when I needed some help.
