Bad Points
1) Stock suspension is good but I swaped them with adjustiable koni sock obsorbers which turned out too hard so keep the existing suspension if you going to use it for on road more than track use.
2) small petrol tank, only about 50 litres but still last more than 550km.
3) built quality is not as good comparing to my E39 5 series but its still not bad.
General Comments
Its easy to drive however if you turn off the DTC then DSC it will spin quite easily if you are not on the ball, so if ur a biginer then better if you press the traction control button just once so that the DTC lights up, that allows you to have little bit of play and if the z4 thinks you going to crash it will help you out.
I love the car, its just so smooth and you cant find nothing wrong with it unlike the Audi TT which I have sold after having it for 2 months because no leg room, brocken this brocken that despite its a 3 year old car.
If you are thinking of getting a z4 then you should get one because that will be the best decision you have ever made unless if you have heaps of money and can go a carrera convertiable or somthing.
