Good Points

The only fairly good point, we could find is all the staff tried there hardest to keep the hotel and grounds clean and tidy. We found the hotel staff tried to entertain all.


Bad Points

Entertainment, very disorganised, complaints(concerns)not dealt with sufficiently, no information given, food very bland.


General Comments

Pefkos, Palm Bay Hotel Review - As we can only do last minute holidays due to my partners work commitments, we felt totally disappointed with this holiday, We thought the grounds itself were good, very badly organised. there are five swimming pools spread around the grounds, each with there own bar, but only 2 bars open in the day. The entertainment was very poor, the staff we felt done there best. night entertainment didn't start until approximately 9.30pm for the children, then the certificates were given out for the activities during the day, last of all the adults start approx 10.15, which was just a waist of time very poor. we felt this very poor, not only us all the English people we did manage to find(as no information was given to us that is was mainly Dutch and German that use the hotel) we all felt the same! a very poor and disorganised hotel, we raised 2 concerns with reception, 1 being a smell of sewage in our wardrobe, a door banging constantly, both times nothing done. Thought we would have a swim in the pool in our block, when we dived in, I did not think it was as clean as it should be. we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as it is now, do feel if organised better it could be enjoyable holiday.
