Bad Points

Very poor customer service, not helpful at all.
Made spelling mistakes on policy and made me pay £17 each time to correct it even though it was their fault!


General Comments

Was on single insurance and asked to change to multi car due to getting another car. they said it was no problem we had to pay £17 admin charge to change of which we paid and was told we owed nothing else in fact they had over charged us by £78 and sent us a cheque.
We had the new policy come through the post which had lots of details they had got wrong. when on the phone they admitted they had made a mistake and they could correct it but I would have to pay £17 admin charge which I reluctantly paid.
