General Comments

Appalling. On Monday 15th September I was appalled to find out that my mother couldn't fly from Belfast international to Cardiff to visit her brothers grave. The passengers where on the flight and the plane was moving on the run way. It then was taxied back to where it had started from. The passengers could not be taken off the plane cause the stairs and luggage removers where being used on anther flight. They rescheduled the flight to Tuesday 16th Sept on Tuesday we arrived to find that it was cancelled again. We had tried ringing BMI but were unsuccessful to get through as the phone had problems. So we travelled over 70 miles for nothing. Bmi could have contacted us and informed us of the flight being cancelled but they didn't. Bmi didn't even give money towards the stranded passengers for food or travel home.
