Poor customer service. Always long delay to connect to customer service centre. Online service is very poor as well. Always problem to connect via internet.
General Comments
Payment Service is good but customer service and internet service is not good enough. GE money needs to improve their customer service centres or incease the number of customer service advisor. Also need to improve online system.
