Hmmm - still thinking
General Comments
Previously wasted 3 separate days waiting in for a parcel with ANC, kept being promised faithfully it would be there. Waited in all day yesterday for a parcel of outboard motor parts to rebuild the motor during this week that I've taken off work specially. Contacted parts firm to enquire why no delivery, informed me they used ANC. ANC said they'd tried to deliver and had left a card - they hadn't. My week has been wasted as I can't get any sense, do they have my parcel or not? they say they don't know. Tony Cook, Cardiff
