General Comments

Fridge freezer delivered 3/9/08 with faulty door. Phoned Boots, premium phone rate. Told me to phone Zanussi to arrange delivery of new fridge freezer. Premium phone rate again. 2nd fridge freezer couldn't be delivered until 15/09/08. Today 2nd fridge freezer arrived, damage to side of freezer, had to refuse acceptance. More premium rate phone calls to Boots and Zanussi. Now being delivered 22/09/08! Have been without a freezer for 3 weeks now, very inconvenient, and large phone bills for me to pay. I would not order from boots again for any large electrical equipment.
