Good Points
there wasn't any really apart from they smoothed hair

Bad Points
pulled out my hair, curls fell out immediately, I found them hard to use, expensive for quality

General Comments
I was very excited about this product as although I have a natural wave in my hair I always curl it when I go out. But I was sorely disappointed, I really liked the ideology behind them and couldn't wait to use them but the curls didn't form properly and fell out immediately even after I'd been on website to watch video of how to use them. They seemed to pull my hair and dry it out. They were expensive and actually managed to straighten my hair which usually takes to any curl very well. To achieve even a slight curl I had to keep them on my hair for a long time and I feel they ruined the ends of my hair unlike other products I've used I shall be getting a refund asap
