Great power and It handles and stops as quick as any new bike on the road and ive ridden all the 07 jap 1000s.
Bad Points
Rubbish cans, get an after market one on as soon as you get yours home, gives more power and better sound, loose the cat and save 8kg too. Build quality of a suzuki is its weak point. Thin paint work, cheap nuts and bolts let the whole bike down, which is sad an amazing bike. Shame on you Suzuki.
General Comments
The Suzuki GSXR is a very easy bike to ride fast and thats what its made for. It doesn't handle as sharp or as forgiving as a GSXR750 but its far less effort to go fast on. Ride it/Rev it like a 750 and you will fall in love with it. I wouldn't swap mine for anything else, but I haven't rode the 08 blade yet!
