Products are mostly nice.
Bad Points
I have not received my complete orders yet although I have paid the money.
I have not received replies to many of my calls and emails.
They have promised deliveries but nothing received as of yet.
I feel some products received have been substandard.
Labelling sometimes appears to be poor.
General Comments
My experience with Soapcentre Soap is that I have not received all of my orders yet although I have paid for them. They have promised to deliver on several occasions and then have not done so. I have waited in to receive promised deliveries that have never arrived. I am out of pocket as a result and the sum is not insignificant. I would not recommend this company as I have found it very frustrating. I have often not received replies to emails or phone calls.
