Had a business account with them for eight years from 2000, and no problems at all until.
General Comments
Feel very let down. They suddenly introduced various charges - a minimum £10 per month, even if no activity and healthy credit. First £10 came off in August, next earlier this month - and although I closed my account today I will have had two more £10 deducted (i.e total £40) because the new charges started in June. They took two months to appear on the statements; beware.
Looking back at all the various junk I was sent (why did I keep it? Sad, eh) I see there was a single A5-size piece of paper indistinguishable from all the other bumph and adverts sent through that lists the charges.
