General Comments

In my experience this hotel is not 5 *. The only part of 5* is the main reception area where you check in. The bar staff and waiters hardly understand a word you say. The TV's in both rooms we stayed in did not work. The towels in our first room had holes in them and the boarders were old and frayed. The staff by the pool bar are so laxy daisy, when they see you standing there they just look at you as if we should be really serving ourselves and get all funny when you ask for some service The entertainment was all in German. Even the aerobics class was in German! We are aged 28 & 30 and we felt like we did not belong there. " We left the hotel after finding a new one for ourselves located in Sidari. Sadly, we were booked into the Mitsis Roda Beach Spa but it was over booked by 70 rooms, so we did not have the luxurious pleasure and stress free holiday we hoped and paid to have had."
