Cheap and fast.
Good for games etc but be careful with electronics as they didn't help me when they went wrong.
They would not take back faulty goods after 28 days.
They refused to abide by the sale of goods act and just keep repeating their Terms and Conditions.
This is my first review ever because I am so annoyed!!! I have bought many games from Play and they were fast and cheap.
I then bought a Laptop for my Mothers birthday and it was 30 days old when I gave it to her and guess what, it was dead. I called them and they basically said tough, send it to the manufacturer. This is not legally correct as my contract exists with Play and they would be expected to take responsibility rather than me having to incur costs sending a brand new unused laptop for repair. I then foolishly bought a mouse for £16 which stopped working after 6 weeks, again they said tough and gave me an address in China to send it to!
I don't recommend buying from them! I received no refund, no repairs, no service after 28 days.
