General Comments
We have been using this product for a little of a year and have been extremely happy with the results so far. The features are fantastic for a product of this price. It's amazing how robust these shopping cart systems have gotten, and this one is very well organized and capable.
Performance has been excellent across the two servers we have hosted on. Customer support (in both sales and specifically technical support) has been awesome. There were a couple times where we messed up our site on accident and support was there to help us fix it right away.
The product can be modded for functionality and graphic design customization, but honestly the feature set was so thorough that we really didn't have to get into that.
Overall, this is the best turnkey product we've used and we are *very* happy with it!
