Fine if it goes well...but if there are problems....
Bad Points
When things go wrong, they wash their hands of you. They are unwilling to help.
General Comments
As a consumer, once you have made your payment and the monies are taken from your bank, Worldpay customer service seems to decline. So if the site you have bought goods from do not deliver (in all the senses) Worldpay seem unable to help or investigate.
