Good Points
Staff were not as bad and much friendlier than the Air China staff

No entertainment System. Food wasn't great. Very little leg room in Economy.
General Comments
After flying with Qatar air Hong Kong - London I needed to repeat this journey - this time with Air New Zealand -The flight was delayed for 2 hours before take off. - I over head from other passengers who had come from Auckland that the entertainment system wasn't working - and what a coincidence the entertainment system wasn't working for this flight either - so that's 10 hours with little to do-the food was horrible and toilets weren't that great either - the compensation was a £25 star alliance voucher which took 4 months to come through after I landed in London and only because I sent an email to them about it - New Zealand need to sort out their main carrier - will definitely stick to Middle Eastern airlines where you get good service and a good entertainment system
