Fab server for business + home, easy setup, reliable and above all first class support when you need it.
Bad Points
They have not took over BT yet WHY lol (not a bad point but there price packages on call plans could be better but still very good price compared to landlines)
General Comments
Reliability is second to none and I have loads of accounts with other VoIP providers on my Asterisk box and Voipfone in the only one for business because there reliability is excellent, setup is easy and don ' t need firewall ports open unlike other VoIP providers (this may be different for others but our cooperate firewall handles there service without opening ports) highly recommend as I ' ve used then since 2006 and only need to call support once and it was fix there and then A++ on that
