You have a responsible bus service! With about 20% of friendly staff who care about their passengers
Bad Points
Disrespectful staff that have no manners, drive like Lewis Hamilton and do not keep to their time table, out of date bus which are disable unfriendly
General Comments
I would like to no how many staff you employ in the Southend-on-sea, Essex area, and how many of those staff have actually passed their NVQ in customer service?
