Lots of destinations available
Bad Points
Lots of destinations available, so you probably have to chose between here and London. It's been a building site for years, lots of roads closed and diversions.
Aggressive staff are drop off points. Expensive parking nearby; long stay car parks require a shuttle bus. Lengthy queues at check-ins and security. Poor information services and lack of space when flights are delayed. Shops close around 10pm.
General Comments
As bad as any other airport. Usual array of "quality goods" on sale which are cheaper in your local supermarket. Arrive as near to take off time as possible.
