Bad Points
Deteriorated so badly now - absolutely rubbish.
General Comments
We've ordered things from Gems TV before and been completely delighted. However, after not having bought anything for quite some time, my son ordered a piece on 31st August for his sister's 21st birthday on 15th September. It's now her birthday and the thing is still not here. They've given inaccurate information when he's been calling them to find out where his order was and today, they've finally admitted that the courier has 'lost' the package. Now he faces a similar struggle to get his money back if their service over the last 2 weeks is anything to go by. Absolutely disgraceful. Please think twice before using them - you might end up in a bit of a pickle to say the least. We'll never use them again.

I think it is unfair to give a 0 rating over a two week delay. If it was lost, it would take about that long for them to discover that, anyway; even UPS wouldn't know right away if a package got lost. I'm curious as to what their status of the delivery said (assuming you used tracking number gemstv provided). You seem to be saying you like the item quality, so for that reason alone your rating should be above zero; and since the package being lost was in no way gemstv's fault, you might cut them a little slack.
