Good Points

Magical experience. 15 miles a day is just right for a regular walker making 6 days walking just right.


Bad Points

The accommodation at B+B's along the way is very mixed. Whilst all were clean and friendly some were very "tired" and portion control at breakfast varied between generous and very careful. Toiletries in some instances were as little as a second hand bar of soap or an all-purpose sachet to use as soap, shampoo or shower gel.


General Comments

An enjoyable experience - met lots of really friendly people. If you were prepared to go to the trouble you could book your own accommodation, buy your own guide book, book luggage transfer with Walkers @ £5 per day per case and save about £125 compared to the packages on offer.
