Hotel provided for accommodation was good. Coach was comfortable. The Driver seemed to be experienced & professional. Good coverage in short span.
The Tour Manager lacked local knowledge of Paris. Food provided for Dinner & Restaurants did not meet expectations (below average). Breakfast provided at Hotel was very basic. Though the Coach had a Toilet facility, we were asked NOT to use it unless URGENT. Now what does that mean in a 10 hour Journey ? Lack of guidance leading to out of pocket expenses by passengers at many instance. For e.g. we had to pay from our pocket, to visit Walt Disney Studio, for no reason.
The Tour to Paris has been value for Money, despite a long list of Bad Points ( mentioned above ), and the credit goes to the beauty of PARIS and nothing else. The booking ability of this Travel Agency was just average. No member of this Travel Agency bothered to communicate to us about our Schengen Visa status until 12 hours before the travel, despite several follow-ups, due to which we could not efficiently plan our journey from Oxford to London, and ended up paying £ £s from our pocket. Great disappointment on this factor.
The Tour Manager must have thought that the passengers on board were kids and mostly communicated in a very unfriendly manner.
The Tour just gave us an orientation of Paris. The Tour Manager could have familiarized us on the Culture, Tradition, Local ( economical ) shopping, French Food, etc.
Despite of all planning and saving of time, we reached Wembley back almost 2 hours late. This had severe implication on our further travel plans and our finances.
I am not sure whether we would once again travel through this Travel Agency ever and recommend them to anyone.
