Having used other ISP's who have employed underhanded fair use policies, have provided under educated technical support staff and have no concept of what a customer acutally is ... fast.co.uk has been a breath of fresh air!
I have only been with them for a week now, after migrating away from EzeeDSL, the service has just been excellent.
I guess the moral of this is, you get what you pay for!
