Good Points

Corners confidently, doesn't embarass itself on a run with sportbikes(within reason, i got it to 145m.p.h...legally of course, lol),i can get both feet down flat(just about, but had to add gel insoles in my boots, I'm only 5ft4), cheap to insure ( £90,tp,f+t) and is bulletproof mechanically.

Bad Points

Exposed downpipes are rust magnets, some screws and bolts seem to rust and others dont(back disk allen screws, front brake lever bolt-other side is alright, strangely), a bit thirsty when you wind it up (a small point but my old gpz900 gets roughly the same m.p.g when going about the same speed and it's an A reg (1984) and my fazer is a 1999 model.

General Comments

Overall the Fazer is an excellent bike, but it will probably leave you a bit envious of the fullfairing sport bikes if you just use it as a weekend/sunny weather bike. If you use it everyday in all weathers then you'll start to appreciate this bike more and more, I've had this bike for nearly a year now, I've done just short of 10,000 miles and have ridden in all weathers (good scottish weather) and I've found that it does everything I ask of it, it has never refused to start and has been trouble free apart from 2 punctures..to sum up this bike I'll tell you that I have 3 road bikes, a gpz900, z1000 and a fazer 600 and for everyday use the fazer is by far my first choice of bike.
