I placed an order for a Ben 10 backpack with Toy Store Inc, which was in stock, 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything yet. I have sent 4 emails and called a phone number, but have received no reply yet, not even an answer machine. This has been a terrible experience for me. I do not recommend this site.
