Bad Points

They have a habit of sending you discount codes such as '20% off your order' but, when you read the small print, there are many items that this does not apply to. For example, branded sportswear featured on green pages (with a green box surrounding the page number) is excluded from the offer. There is a charge for delivery unless this is waived in an offer code.


General Comments

I love the clothes - especially the Soft Grey and La Redoute 'essentials' brands. There are some amazing bargains to be had in the sales. Branded sportswear is generally the same price as you'd find on the high street whereas some mail order catalogues bump the prices right up.

Generally, I'd say the good points outweigh the bad. I have not had cause to use the customer services department yet so cannot comment on this.
