Stylish design and touch screen. High quality camera. The adaptability of windows mobile. Syncs well with outlook. Good built in memory that expands to rival anything on the market. GPS works well with tom tom (additional software required though). Stereo bluetooth is loud and crisp.
Bad Points
Slows up when running large applications. Battery life is extremely poor on 3G connection in comparison to my old N95 (although nowhere near as bad as that was at launch). For a device that considers itself a premium video player, the quality of MP4 play back was abysmal. Screen is quite low resolution for its size and not good in sunlight.
General Comments
Samsung Omnia Review - The specifications are excellent, but somehow the machine disappoints, perhaps as it is trying to do to much. It is certainly possible that a few firmware tweaks could turn this into an iphone challenger, but at the moment it is just a little too awkward and slow to use. The user interface is not bad, until you put it next to it's apple rival, where it seems at least a little clumsy.
