The shop is very friendly and the quality of clothes is good however
Bad Points
We bought gift vouchers for our son who works in Japan he forgot he had them. then when he looked they were out of date. After explaining the situation to the sales assistant she said there was nothing they could do. As far as i am concerned they have had money for nothing. The gift vouchers should still be able to be spent as they have had our money with out buying anything from the shop.
General Comments
Gift vouchers i feel should not have an expiry date, as no matter when they are cashed they still are money that the shop has had.
