General Comments

I can see the player on my work PC and it is easy to transfer songs.
On my home PC I can't get it working. I've done all the recommended stuff with media player 10, but there must be something else.

It is amazing that a company can go to all the trouble of developing and producing such an item and then throw away their customer base by giving no assistance on a major flaw. No more Samsung for me.
