Broadband, we only had the basic, fine for most things
Telephone good had 24/7 included in our package so all local (including Manchester - Edinburgh)
Can take up to 30 mins to get customer service on phone, keep you on hold 20 mins, and then they don't always do what they say they will. TV useless, very slow compared with teresteral or sky and box only has 1 scart so cannot record 1 and watch something else.
Recently I left SmallWorld to take up Sky. Miles, Miles better. We gave Small Mind, our nickname for them, the required 30 days notice. They arranged to get the kit and did not turn up. Turned up a week later. We agreed we'd cancel DD and they would invoice. Never did and sent us threatening letter. Rang each time to be told would sort out, never did just stated they would reduce services - bearing in mind they'd already taken the kit it shows you just how capable they are. Rang and complained again saying will pay when get the invoice promised. Eventually got bill but had added charge for not using DD and an extra month.
