Good Points

Did technically work.
Free calls off-peak, including recently extended to mobiles and overseas.


Bad Points

Poor customer service.
Overcharged by over £100 (eventually refunded).
Failed to set up direct debit correctly (three times).
Unable to switch packages once connected.
Sent confusing information and bills.


General Comments

I do not recommend The Post Office Phone Service. Staff often misinformed me and even at contradicted each other. When providing technical information it was often incorrect. It took 3 phone calls just to find someone who knew enough to actually arrange to have the phone line connected!
