General Comments
I needed a bluetooth sat nav and my cousin in Japan told me about the Keiro RS850. Apparently out there Keiro is the best and it constantly tops the sat nav charts. I can see why, the built quality is fantastic, as to be expected from a japanese company. The whole body is covered by a special soft plastic which feels almost like suede, this protects the sat nav from scratches and also it won't slip through your hands. The chip set is obviously the latest sirf star III so this thing picks up a signal in any condition. I find the menu very easy to use and the volume button on the corner is a nice touch. I must say the keiro RS850 has been a great surprise, little known on this side of the pond but probably the best sat nav available....
