Good Points
None for me.

Bad Points
The line feed is very poorly designed and the line breaks frequently getting through the line like there is no tomorrow, Used a complete spool in 5 minutes . When working, throws debris with some force.

General Comments
This Bosch Art 23 Easy trim turned out to be a waste of money - and as I had used it B&Q wouldn't give me a refund or a credit note. It seems that B&Q are the only large retailer to enforce this policy? How can you tell when something is good or on this case NOT - without using it ?
